Postandgo prepares the video. You are the one who posts it.

What the service does

Postandgo helps you prepare a vertical video — the cover, the caption, the options — and put it on a plan. When you confirm it, the publication goes to three networks: TikTok, Instagram Reels and Threads. The sending itself happens through those networks' official APIs, by way of an authorised third-party publishing provider that holds the connection on our behalf.

Who provides the service

Postandgo is provided by Spody App, LLC, Limited Liability Company (Delaware), registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. The App Store listing is published by Spody Ai LLC (Georgia, registration number 400440876, Georgia, Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district, Kursebi street, N 15). Payment processing and the running of the service are handled by Spody App, LLC.

You confirm every action

Postandgo never publishes, deletes or changes anything without your explicit confirmation. Before a video goes out you see where it goes — TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads or all three — and the options it goes with. You are responsible for your videos, captions, covers, the rights to the material and for following TikTok's, Instagram's and Threads' rules, including TikTok's rules on disclosing commercial content.

Subscription and payment

Publishing to TikTok, Instagram and Threads requires a subscription. The plan, drafts, the assistant and the profile grid work without one. In the iPhone app the subscription is bought through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID; on the website payment goes through Stripe. Plans: "For publishing regularly" — $24.99 a month, up to 40 publications; "To start" — $12.99 a month, up to 12 publications. The first 7 days are free.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time — in the app in your Apple ID settings, on the website in your subscription settings — at least 24 hours before the paid period ends. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple under Apple's own rules — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For payments made on the website, write to contact@spody.app: we answer within a working week and refund the unused period when a charge was made in error.

TikTok, Instagram and Threads access

Postandgo publishes through the official TikTok, Instagram and Threads APIs, by way of an authorised publishing provider that holds the connection on our behalf. Only what those APIs permit is supported. On TikTok, a video or a photo post with the posting options TikTok requires: who can see it, whether comments, duet and stitch are allowed, and whether the content is commercial. On Instagram, a Reel from a Creator or Business professional account. On Threads, a post: text, with images or a single video attached to it if you want them.

Catalogue music, effects and editing happen inside TikTok and Instagram themselves. By posting to TikTok through Postandgo you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, when you mark branded content, to TikTok's Branded Content Policy. Postandgo never receives your TikTok, Instagram or Threads password.

The AI assistant

Its answers can be wrong. The assistant proposes ideas and actions in the interface; it is not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. It may quote the view counts TikTok, Instagram or Threads report for your own posts, and it does not invent metrics.

Restricting access

We may limit or suspend access for security, to comply with platform rules, or if these terms are broken. Where that happens through no fault of yours, the unused part of the paid period is refunded.

Liability and governing law

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee the availability of TikTok's, Instagram's or Threads' APIs, the reach of your videos or any result for your account. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA.
