What we keep
The email address you sign in with; your drafts, plans, uploaded videos and cover frames; the details of your connected TikTok, Instagram and Threads accounts that publishing needs — username, display name, profile picture and an access token held by the publishing provider; service records of what was published, including the link and the status the platform reported; the view counts the platforms report for your own posts, shown on your grid; and the technical logs security requires. To measure acquisition, we also keep the first touch: bounded source, medium, campaign and creative labels, the referring domain, and the landing-page path. We do not store the full referrer or advertising click IDs. Postandgo never receives or stores your TikTok, Instagram, Threads or Apple ID password.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, hand it to ad networks or build advertising profiles. Postandgo has no recommendation feed, so there is nothing watching what you look at. The numbers on your grid are the platforms' own figures for your own posts; nobody else's are read.
Who receives data
Only those without whom the service cannot work. The video and the caption go to an authorised publishing provider, and from it to TikTok, Instagram or Threads — whichever you chose — through that network's official API; the same provider reads your own profile. What comes back is the status of the publication, its link, and the view counts the network itself reports. Apple, to take payment in the app; Stripe, to take payment on the website; the model provider, so the assistant can answer. Each receives only what its own step needs.
Storage and protection
Data is kept for as long as your account exists. Database access is restricted, connections are encrypted, and access tokens are stored apart from content and stay on the server side, with us and the publishing provider: neither the app on your phone nor your browser ever receives them.
Your choices
You can disconnect TikTok, Instagram or Threads, export, or delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting removes the account itself, the data tied to it and the sign-in identity — signing in the same way no longer works.
