Control of your data
You can disconnect TikTok, Instagram or Threads, or delete your account, at any time.
Your TikTok, Instagram and Threads passwords are never given to Postandgo. Disconnecting revokes the connection at the publishing provider, and deleting your account clears the Postandgo data tied to it.
Disconnecting TikTok, Instagram or Threads
Open Profile in Postandgo and tap Disconnect next to the account. No new publications will be created and the access is revoked. You can also remove the access in TikTok's, Instagram's or Threads' own app settings.
Deleting everything
In the iOS app, open Profile → Delete account and data and confirm. Postandgo revokes access to TikTok, Instagram and Threads and deletes stored videos, publications, connections, the account itself and the sign-in identity behind it. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Send a request from the email address you sign in with to contact@spody.app with the subject "Postandgo data deletion". We confirm your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What may remain
A minimal technical record, without content or tokens, may be kept solely to prevent abuse, to comply with the law and to evidence that the deletion happened.
